Reminder: Beautify Revere Earth Day cleanup is one month from tomorrow- Saturday, April 22

March 21, 2017

This year’s Beautify Revere Earth Day cleanup is just over one month away – the big day is Saturday, April 22. Those interested in signing up should visit /beautify-revere and fill out the signup form, or contact Elle Baker at 781-286-8188, or ebaker@revere.org.

Neighborhood groups around the City will host multiple staging locations for the event, which will have cleaning supplies, first aid, t-shirts, and light refreshments for volunteers. At each location’s check-in table, residents will be assigned to a clean up a street or a park.

Volunteers are needed both for cleanup on the day, and to help with outreach by delivering flyers in the neighborhoods advertising the event in advance.

A full list of staging locations will be published in local newspapers and at www.revere.org/beautify-revere two weeks prior to the event date. That website will also update volunteers on any weather-related changes leading up to the event.
