In compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency's Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR) the material of every known water source in the City can be found and searched for in the link below. Solicitor

The Solicitor’s Office primary purpose is to provide legal services to the City of Revere, which includes the Mayor, the City Council, City Departments, and Boards and Commissions. We advise the City on a variety of matters to help decrease potential legal liabilities and to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. We are responsible for all litigation to which the City of Revere is a party.

Filing a Claim

In order to process your claim, a Notice of Claim form must be submitted in-person or by mail to the City Clerk or City Solicitor's Office, or by email to spelletier@revere.org. Please be sure to include the following in your completed form:

  • Your name, address, and phone number;
  • The time and date of the incident,
  • The location of the incident,
  • Any itemized receipts for costs associated with the incident, and
  • Any photographs, videos, or other supporting information.

Upon receiving your completed Notice of Claim, the Solicitor's Office will investigate with the appropriate City departments and outside agencies, if applicable. Please understand that our office requires sufficient time to complete the investigation.
