City Government Seeks Input in Quality of Life Survey
May 18, 2015
Mayor Rizzo announces the distribution of yearly survey in order to better understand the community’s satisfaction with a wide range of services
The City of Revere is conducting its first annual resident survey in order to gauge citizen’s satisfaction, and help identify areas that need improvement. Residents are encouraged to visit the city’s website to complete the survey online. The survey will be conducted on an annual basis going forward and will be published in the annual municipal budget beginning next year.
The information obtained in this survey will help the Mayor and the administration understand how residents feel on several key issues facing the city. From quality of life and neighborhood safety, to city services and recreational programs, residents can give feedback about how their city and tax dollars are serving them.
“Citizen surveys provide important feedback useful to city leaders and staff that will help us develop and modify programs and services that best align with the wants and needs of our growing community. We encourage all of our residents to thoughtfully complete this survey to help the city meet your needs,” said Mayor Rizzo.
The survey results will be used by city leadership and city staff as a tool to analyze the effectiveness, responsiveness, and value of city services. Copies of the survey will also be available in the Mayor’s Office for residents to fill out in person.
