A Day of Shopping, Citywide

May 30, 2024

REVERE, MA – The City of Revere is proud to present “Revere Pickers,” a community yard sale day on Saturday, June 8. Residents are encouraged to apply for a free yard sale permit through the Inspectional Services Department (www.revere.org/permitting) and set up shop at their homes from 9:00am-2:00pm, rain or shine. The deadline to apply for a permit is Thursday, June 6.

Prior to the event, the City of Revere will share the list of yard sales across the city. Residents are encouraged to monitor the official City of Revere Facebook page (www.facebook.com/CityofRevere) for the timeliest updates of yard sale locations and other important information. Mayor Keefe commented, “It will be a fun day to get out, visit yard sales around Revere, meet neighbors, and get some shopping in.”

Mayor Keefe and the City of Revere are also hosting a yard sale at City Hall (281 Broadway). 100% of the proceeds of the City Hall yard sale will benefit the Revere High School Scholarship Fund. Mayor Keefe added, “Come shop at City Hall to contribute to the higher education of hard-working graduates of Revere High School.”

Residents can also donate to the Revere High School Scholarship Fund by Venmo (@CityofRevere), with ‘Scholarship Fund’ in the subject line, or by visiting City Hall.
