RiverFront District Master Planning Process
The RiverFront Master Planning Process explored opportunities and challenges related to the district in and around Gibson Park in relation to the adjacent Point of Pines and Riverside neighborhood as well as implications for the City of Revere as a whole. Areas of focus included plans to deal with coastal flooding and climate resiliency as well as open space, recreation, transportation, and development.
The master planning process was guided by an advisory group designated by Mayor Arrigo, and consisted of community advocates and neighborhood representatives as well as elected and appointed city officials, who will provide input, feedback and oversight throughout.
