REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
PROJECT CONSULTANT SERVICES
PAUL REVERE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Sealed proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent at her office, Revere City Hall, 281 Broadway, Revere, Massachusetts, up to 1:00 PM on Thursday, July 24, 2008.
This proposal is for project consultant services for the Paul Revere Elementary School building project, according to specifications.
Specifications may be obtained beginning Thursday, July 10, 2008 after 1:00 PM from the Office of the City Purchasing Agent, Revere City Hall, 281 Broadway, Revere, Massachusetts 02151.
The City of Revere, as the awarding authority, reserves the right to accept any proposal or portion of a proposal, waive any informality in a proposal, investigate the ability of the candidates to honor a proposal, reject any and all proposals, select a candidate who does not submit the highest proposal, and award all contracts as shall be considered in the best interest of the City of Revere. The City of Revere reserves the right to negotiate and amend the scope of services.
It is the policy of the City of Revere to take positive steps to maximize the utilization of minority business enterprises in all activities administered by this agency.
No candidate may withdraw his/her proposal within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
This request for proposals is in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30B.
